Sherri excels in fostering relationships with both prospective and current participants of Contexture, CRN, and CollaboRise. Her efforts are pivotal in leveraging our systems to enhance care coordination and improve patient outcomes. Additionally, she leads the western Colorado Engagement Team, driving community engagement and ensuring our initiatives meet the needs of the region effectively.
